Centrally located in Wuxi on an 8 hectare site, Wuxi Plaza has become the fashion centre for the city. In addition to the internal retail mall the plaza includes a pedestrian shopping street with fashion shops, cafes and restaurants.
The overall landscape design has been developed based on a theme of connectivity between lines and circles, with the addition of colours and art sculptures, creating a plaza environment that is both lively and modern.
SCI prepared the initial concepts through to the detailed design and construction management.
