Oliver is a Registered Professional Architect since 1995 and a member of The United Architects of the Philippines-Negrense Chapter. His experience in the GCC have enabled him to gain the specialized skills to manage and supervise resources and manpower, while also being a lead renderer for presentation boards, using Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3DS Max and freehand sketches.

His wide range of experience is focused on design and conceptual planning, construction documents production, estimates preparation, construction management and supervision, material and resources procurement, and completed project delivery within contract agreement. He is focused on client needs, aiming for design excellence and quality work delivery.
