Long is currently the manager of Chengdu branch. As a team leader of Chengdu branch, he is mainly responsible for projects in Southwest China. He has good organization and communication skills and site-problem solving ability due to his professional and rich working experience. Long‘s ability and effort have been acknowledged by many developers and peer counterparts. His main working range is as follows:

• Team leader of Chengdu branch – management and follow up of projects in Southwest China.
• Project management –design plan submission and presentation; close liaison with clients and consultant.
• Conceptual design – assisting design director finish the conceptual design, collect useful information for the project, and complete the conceptual design package.
• Development design –offering development of conceptual design and details
• Shop drawings coordination and site-construction management – confiding design ideas and tips to construction drawing unit; reviewing shop drawings; supervising site construction work with designer and offering reasonable solutions.
