Pantai Sentral Park is located in Bukit Kerinchi, in the Klang Valley, overlooking and adjacent to 80 hectares of preserved nature reserve, just off the New Pantai Expressway and within Kuala Lumpur’s new Central Business District. The project consists of a mix of residential and commercial providing both work and living environments.

SCI prepared the landscape master plan for the 23 hectare development and is currently undertaking the detailed design of the initial parcels of development.
The principle objectives of the landscape master plan of Pantai Sentral Park are to support the principles of liveability, environmental responsibility and sustainability, with the key feature of the design being the creation of a pedestrian-centred development.

The pedestrian network features linear parks, streetscapes and pedestrian walkways lined with a canopy of trees to provide shading, linking facilities, internal parks and the adjacent forest fostering comfortable pedestrian access and movement. This network brings the Bukit Kerinchi forest into and through the development creating an inspirational setting for lifestyle change, where, exercise, play, and leisure time is encouraged, creating a healthy lifestyle.

SCI has also prepared detailed landscape plans for the first two parcels to be developed, Inwood and Secoya Residences with a total area of 2.6 hectares. These detailed designs included street scapes, garden areas around the base of the apartment towers, podium level and roof top gardens.

The landscape theme has been inspired by the love of nature, taking advantage of the unique setting with lush greenery, to reconnect the residents with their environment and educate both on the appreciation of nature and environmental sustainability
