Nanhui: The Springdale

The 26.4 hectare development is located in Xinchang Town, part of the Pudong District. The development will comprise 2,667 mixed units of terraces and high- and low-rise apartments, complemented by full-facility clubhouses and retail outlets.

SCI’s ongoing role is to undertake the landscape design, developing a contemporary Chinese design theme, using traditional Chinese garden techniques such as framed and focal landscapes, rock gardens and water to enhance this connection. We are currently finalising the landscape design through to DD for the final phase of the project.
